Program Overview

JPDE launched China’s first official English website for a provincial administrative department of education - JIANGSU EDUCATION in 2011. JESIE is responsible for the website construction and its routine maintenance.

The main function of the website is to publicize the brand and image of Jiangsu education, issue laws and regulations, and provide consulting services. The website aims to actively promote the international education exchange activities within schools in Jiangsu province, vigorously encourage the education in Jiangsu province to the outside world in order to create a more favorable channel and environment for the education in Jiangsu to develop in an advanced, scientific and coordinated manner.

The website offers access to various information about educational international exchange and cooperation, including the achievements, projects and events for overseas users. It can also process some interactive requests, including information counseling, procedure processing and supporting services, for the projects like intercollegiate exchange programs, international students studying in Jiangsu, and foreign teacher placement. The total site traffic has reached 30,000 people. It has become a highly authoritative and Influential platform for online educational and cultural communication.

Program Participation

Schools submit requests to JESIE for project displays in the website, and meanwhile provide relevant materials about the international educational program to be advertised.
