Wuxi Wangzhuang Junior Middle School is located on Hongqi Road, Wuxi New District. It was set up in 1958. This is a public school directly under the administration of Wuxi Municipal Education Bureau. It currently runs 15 classes. It has 68 teachers now, all university-educated. Among our facilities are 2 computer rooms, 5 multimedia classrooms, 4 science labs, a studio, and a network center with a broadcasting TV system and so on. Our goal is enable every student to study well and develop useful talents.

The school sets up courses based on relevant national regulations. It develops Wangzhuang Courses to provide flexible course selection by students, so students satisfy their needs when developing their personal interests and needs.  The school is committed to spread traditional Chinese culture, so courses related to Chinese culture are also features of the school.

The students are children who live in Wuxi New District, have parents who work for the Administrative Committee of New District, or have parents who are foreigners from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan running businesses in the ND. Whangzhuang Middle School is the only school that has been entitled by Wuxi Municipal Government to educate the children of expatriates, or from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Korea.  The school tries to arrange "One pupil, One tutor", to ensure the quality of teaching.
