Wuxi teachers convened again on Friday, April 21st, at Wangzhuang Primary School. The Wuxi team welcomed Val and Lyra from Nanjing.

Teachers were reminded of the deadlines for their articles on teaching and learning and for the photo and video competition. Other issues discussed included apartment problems, observations and visa renewal procedures. Important changes to the latter issue were explained by Lyra. Val introduced a new format for meetings and asked teachers to consider how they could contribute useful insights on teaching in the future.

Finally, all teachers produced memory sticks to share materials like lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations and flashcards, in order to set up a shared resource for all JESIE teachers.
