Why did you choose JESIE?

I originally chose to work for JESIE as a long time friend was working here and she was an advocate for how well organized and supportive JESIE had been since she arrived in China. When looking at the company the benefits to me are very good; short hours, housing and a good salary, which has all been kept to by JESIE, which I am really pleased about.

What do you think about JESIE?

Upon arrival at JESIE I felt highly supported and was given a lot of information and told that JESIE would always be there for me when I need help.  Generally the benefits of working for JESIE out weigh the negatives, especially when looking at my working hours and the accommodation I have been given in Wuxi.

Do you enjoy life as an employee of JESIE?

I very much enjoy working for my school; they are extremely supportive and understanding. They have tried to do as much as possible to make sure I am settled and enjoying my time in China. I have enjoyed making new friends with like minding people who want to see new parts of the world and learn about new cultures.

How is JESIE different from your previous employers?

I have never worked in a company abroad before only in schools in the UK. JESIE doesnt have a tiring teaching schedule but from time to time you will be asked (sometimes without much notice) to do work like meetings or performance rehearsals in your evenings. However, if you get everything done you will be rewarded with fun events or a holiday bonus.
